\n– Film Screening[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text]Mono no aware<\/strong> (mono-no-a-wa-ri) is an expression that originated in Japanese literature, expressing sensitivity, nostalgia and beauty toward the fleetingness of life, and its constant change as in the case of a falling leaf or a bud that opens and becomes a flower. Nature is fragile and ephemeral, and traditional Japanese thought admires and respects its times. Humans, aware that they are part of this fragility are amazed spectators, marveling, fascinated and tenderhearted by such transience.
\nThe term “aware” was originally just an exclamation of wonder, similar to our “Oh!”, but over time it has acquired a deeper meaning. Mono no aware means recognizing that each moment is unique and unrepeatable.
\nIt is a positive melancholy, one that arises when we realize that we are inside a special moment in our lives, something that will never return, and for which we should be grateful.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Journaling<\/strong> is a practice that allows us to express thoughts, emotions express and deep feelings related to life events whether they are positive or negative. The term comes from the French word “journal,” which means “daily,” and refers to a diary that accompanies us in our daily lives.
\nThe main goal of journaling is to improve psychological and cognitive well-being, self-care and self-exploration, reduce stress and improve mood. It also helps to deal with negative experiences. In recent years, journaling has become popular in contexts such as personal growth and life coaching. It can be carried out on a regular or sporadic basis.
\nThe proposed workshop is simple and innovative in that it combines two practices in one: journaling and calligraphy. A course in freewriting, essentially handwriting, will be followed. A selection of calligraphy materials and tools will be available. The purpose is to get in touch with one’s emotions through form, color and mark making, to infuse written words with a new look and make them changeable.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]The benefits of journaling can be:
\n– Increased self-awareness and personal confidence.
\n– Clarification of thoughts and emotions.
\n– Reflection on one’s experience.
\n– Release from negative emotions and improved well-being.

It is an expressive art form that uses body movement to communicate emotions, to tell stories, ideas and thoughts.The body expresses itself through gestures as if they were words to bring joy and connect mind-body-soul.
\nPsychologically, dance increases self-esteem and reduces stress levels, providing an important emotional outlet, fostering greater awareness of self and one’s expressive abilities.
\nIn this protected space of free dance, everyone can connect to their deepest selves and through free body movement, they can tell their story or express their emotions.
