[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]A graduate in Gastronomy and Law, I have always tried to combine my passions for food, sustainability and consumer awareness. I work for GreenUp and actively collaborate with several associations working in the field of environmental and social sustainability, contributing with projects, events and initiatives that promote a more conscious lifestyle.
\nCooking has always been a fundamental part of my life: since childhood I have experimented with flavors and combinations, and during my university years I discovered the vegetable world, which opened new perspectives for me. Since 2023 I have been offering combined events with yoga and plant-based food (Slow Yoga Brunch\/Apero), writing about food and sustainability, and dedicated to creating recipes that combine simplicity and taste, transforming food into a convivial, accessible and fulfilling experience.
\nStarting this year, I decided to share my passion, experiences and knowledge through cooking classes, with the goal of inspiring people to cook in a more conscious, sustainable and tasty way.
