On this day dedicated to us, I will guide you on a journey of discovery of the pelvic floor. We will learn to understand it, perceive it, and take care of it, with the aim of increasing awareness of a part of the body that is fundamental in the different stages of a woman’s life.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]Marianne Solc\u00e0<\/strong>, Vinyasa Flow teacher. I am fascinated by the practice of yoga and the wonderful asanas (positions), which you can discover and adapt to your every need.
