on 21 December at 10:30 a.m., I invite you to a free yoga class at space.around in Mezzovico: a moment to release tension, recharge your energy and reconnect with your body before the holidays.
After the practice, we will enjoy a convivial moment with cakes, herbal teas and hot drinks in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A perfect opportunity to slow down, meet new people and treat yourself to an experience that nourishes the mind and spirit.
