· Reservation is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the rental cost agreed through the offer received.
· Rental cost is calculated from the moment of arrival until departure, in case of extension of the agreed time, the additional time is charged based on the hourly rate.
· For any requests outside the agreement (drink delivery, room decoration etc.), the owner makes herself available to open the space for a maximum of 1 hours (included in the rental fee) Beyond this time, staff costs will be charged.
· Ordinary final cleaning is included in the rate and includes services, the hall of the third floor and the lift, common areas of the building (private) are not included.
· The common areas of the building as well as the square and the parking spaces are to be used as access, all food and drinks must remain within Space.around.
· The entrance to the building must remain closed, the last person to enter must ensure that the building door is closed. This rule also applies to those who go down to smoke during the event.
· Space.around collaborates with a chosen catering service and professional staff, only in extraordinary cases is it possible to use the kitchen with your own chef. For catering organized by the customer, Spacearound charges a fee of CHF 5 per place setting.
· It is necessary to have private liability insurance, in case of damage the person who rented the space will be liable.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, notice must be given in writing (email date or postmark).
Spacearound reserves the right to withhold on the cost of the budgeted rental:
If submitted 20 days before the date of the event: 10%
From day 19 to 3 days before the event: 20%
From day 2 to the day of the event: 50% for the rental, 100% for the catering cost
