Breathwork for somato-emotional release
Breathwork is not pranayama. It is a technique that has been studied and tested over a long period of time, a very powerful somatic therapy for emotional and traumatic release, suitable for anyone who has chosen to embark on a path of personal growth, for those who want to feel better, for those who feel responsible for their own lives and want to give them more meaning.
