A journey into Japanese cuisine to discover ingredients, techniques and flavors to make different kinds of sushi and expand one’s creativity in everyday cooking
Japanese cuisine is a source of pure creativity for plant-based and sustainable cooking. Did you know that sushi is an anti-food waste recipe? A ploy to solve the problem of leftovers in the fridge! In addition, rolled in seaweed sheets allows for convenient, packaging-free packaging that is easy to carry around and consume. Finally, we will discover some ingredients from Japanese cuisine that can be included in our homes to expand the flavor profile of our daily dishes.

A graduate in Gastronomy and Law, I have always tried to combine my passions for food, sustainability and consumer awareness. I work for GreenUp and actively collaborate with several associations working in the field of environmental and social sustainability, contributing with projects, events and initiatives that promote a more conscious lifestyle.
Cooking has always been a fundamental part of my life: since childhood I have experimented with flavors and combinations, and during my university years I discovered the vegetable world, which opened new perspectives for me. Since 2023 I have been offering combined events with yoga and plant-based food (Slow Yoga Brunch/Apero), writing about food and sustainability, and dedicated to creating recipes that combine simplicity and taste, transforming food into a convivial, accessible and fulfilling experience.
Starting this year, I decided to share my passion, experiences and knowledge through cooking classes, with the goal of inspiring people to cook in a more conscious, sustainable and tasty way.
I believe that food is a powerful tool for connection and change, and my goal is to make it available to everyone with authenticity and passion.

•Perfect cooking of sushi rice
•Preparation of different types of sushi:
– Hosomaki
– Uramaki
– Nigiri
– Gunkan
– Temaki
•Decorations and toppings: sauces, soy caviar and small details to make your dishes colorful and inviting
What we will do?
•We will get hands-on and experiment together, with a hands-on and fun approach
•We will create sushi with a personal touch, playing with shapes, colors and flavors
•At the end, we will enjoy our sushi together, sharing a convivial moment and savoring a
good Japanese tea
