Wellness Lunch Break – Pilates Method & Relaxation
(45/50 min) – Trial lesson
A session designed to regenerate body and mind during your lunch break, through the Pilates Method integrated with deep relaxation techniques.
The practice combines targeted gentle mobility exercises, stretching, and postural activation to release accumulated tension, improve breathing, and rebalance the body after hours of sedentary or stressful work.
The class ends with a guided relaxation phase, conscious breathing, and muscle relaxation to promote energy recovery, mental clarity, and a general feeling of well-being.
A short but effective session to return to your day with more lightness, presence, and vitality.
Three-session package: Monday, March 16, March 23, and March 30 – CHF 60
Single session – CHF 20
